Following on for a successful extended hours application, we trade in Knowlhill 7.30am – 3.30pm Mon – Fri.

Food is produced on site – soups, mac & cheese, slow cooked brisket, belly of pork, savoury croissants, granola, brownies, muffins, banana bread, frittata, salads, jacket potatoes, lasagne, shepherds pie are to name a few offerings. The soups are mainly vegetarian and gluten free. The menu changes daily offering a varied selection of seasonal products – a picture is posted to Facebook each day, usually by 11.30am. The picture can also be sent to your phone via Whats app should anyone not have a Facebook account while we are working on an emailing system.

Brownies and warm ham & cheddar croissants have been popular additions to the menu. The granola is served upon natural yoghurt and either wild Canadian blueberry compote or artisan honey – see The tale of Mr & Mrs Honey  on another blog post.

We can provide a selection of food for all manor of meetings. To date we have provided breakfast and brunch meetings and staff birthdays.

On Fridays we offer a #fridaytreat . These have been eggs benedict, eggy bread/French toast/pain perdu, American pancakes, smoked salmon scrambled eggs in a warm bagel, warm poached egg/avocado/goats cheese/rocket/sriracha chilli mayo to name a few.

In the next few days we will have illy coffee/hot chocolate and muffin loyalty cards ready for our customers to use
